CCA Software (CCA) was established in Melbourne, Australia in
February 1985 with the goal of assisting organisations to achieve
results and value for money with Information Technology (I.T.).
Our two major services are the provision of e-business and integration
solutions as well as the provision of skilled I.T. personnel on
a fixed term basis to our clients.
CCA is a mature, yet energetic company. We take a pro-active
approach to business and are an active participant in the I.T.
community. The CCA story is one of stability, viability and growth

Today, CCA is part of the global PulseTec group with a network
of offices in Australia (Melbourne, Sydney, Canberra, Adelaide,

efficiently. We do all the work to find you the right kind of

Candidate Screening
We carry out comprehensive screening of consultants, both face
to face interview, as well as job skill and personal reference
checking (usually from a supervisor and/or peer). Thus, we are
confident that when a consultant is presented to our clients,
they satisfy all requirements demanded by the client (including
preparedness to enter non-disclosure and copyright arrangements).
Candidate Presentation
Clients can determine their preferred method of candidate presentation
and interview arrangements. We place a great deal of importance
on identifying quality candidates, and doing this promptly.
Rates
It is extremely difficult to be precise and categorical where
rates are concerned. CCA resources locally and internationally
and rates will vary markedly depending where a consultant is located
and their personal requirements. We aim to provide the lowest
possible charge rate to our clients.
Consultant Liaison
We always ensure that consultants are thoroughly briefed before
starting work for the client. We always pay our consultants on
time. We stay in regular contact with consultants and the client,
preferring to take a pro-active approach in the relationship.
